Huge congratulations to all the titles making the The Independent Bookshop Week Book Award 2017 shortlist.
The award has been running since 2007, with picture books gaining their own category in 2014 when Nicola Davies and Mark Hearlds’ First Book Of Nature scooped the prize.
The winners of each category will be announced on Friday 23rd June, the day before the start of this year’s IBW. Independent Bookshop Week (24th June – 1st July 2017) is part of the Books Are My Bag campaign, and seeks to celebrate independent bookshops in the UK and Ireland.
